They came to us with a goal of increasing recruitment. At the time, they were currently doing some marketing that came from in-house programs that the National Guard makes available. They wanted us to take a look at what they were currently doing to see how it could be improved upon and to be made more effective. It’s easy to lose sight of the big picture when you are too close to it. They wanted new ideas and an outside perspective. Goal for recruitment was achieved and marketing campaign still being used from 11 years ago.
